I was impressed how they expertly took care of the novice and nervous (me) to the more advanced and expert. They made sure that everyone was comfortable and that all had a good time down the river no matter their level. I didn't feel like I held anyone back being a scaredy cat. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ They had relationships with everyone on and along the river. Support guides from other companies were paddling over to say hi to our team and complimenting them. There were also small things that made a difference to us. I noticed other guides from other companies sitting together. Our guides sat with us, talked and laughed with us, and got the other guides to join with us. We became friends and were introduced to the guides in the other companies as well. I recognize I have a little bias, but the river was where our company shined and I would not want to trust my experience to anyone else. I think you'd be impressed with their boats and their people. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I saw our experience be far superior to the clients from the other companies. The meals that they serve you are oh so good! They have a cook for their week of rivers that hands down fed me the best meal ever. It was incredible. Anyways, you asked why come here over another company. I am still not a salesman, but I now have a better idea - it's the people, the service, it truly is amazing. The name really fit. You will not have a better week of rivers than with us.

I loved that the guides and other staff were locals, and they shared with us all kinds of information about the area. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Arnaldo and Paola told us about how sugar cane is grown and processed, Arnaldo heard a bird call and knew what kind of bird it was (and then we saw it), and Mario knows so much about plants. It made this place even more beautiful, and it makes me feel as an American that my culture has lost touch with nature, and has a much weaker connection to the land. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The food was also amazing! And I enjoyed getting instruction and some drills while we were on the river to improve my kayaking.

1. You have outstanding and passionate staff. I really like Arnaldo, Davis, Walter, your drivers, Christopher, and Daniel. They are all safe, professional, and make the trip fun. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 2. You do a good job in taking care of kayakers as well as non-kayakers in the raft. I know that 2 of the wives of kayakers thought this was the best raft trip they had been on. This will make their husbands want to come back! Also having Duckies available to paddle is very good. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 3. Your reservation staff are very good and knowledgeable about Costa Rica and other options for fun things to do.
