Hi my name is River. I am 10 years-old and I want to tell you about the Irazu Volcano.

It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fun and an amazing experience.

We were above the clouds! We saw so many animals. Irazu volcano is the tallest volcano in Costa Rica. Right next to the Irazu volcano is the Turrialba volcano, we could see smoke coming out of it.

If you are lucky there will be no clouds at the Irazu volcano when you visit and you can see the Caribbean and the Pacific coasts at the same time. I learned about volcanos in school right before I left for my trip and it was so cool to see one in person.

I made snow angels on top of the volcano.
